iPTiVi terms of service

Eligibility and accounts

• You may use iPTiVi only if you can legally enter an agreement where you live and the service is lawful for you to use.
• Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly tell iPTiVi through support@iptivi.app if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for making sure your devices, apps, and network meet the requirements of the service.

Using the service

• Only connect sources and use streams that you are permitted to access under the source provider’s terms and applicable law.
• Do not use iPTiVi to bypass a source provider’s access controls or usage limits.
• Do not interfere with the service, probe or attack its infrastructure, use it to distribute malware, or use automated access that creates unreasonable load.

Sources, apps, and availability

iPTiVi provides a curated catalogue and organizes user-connected sources and available guide information. It does not guarantee that a source, stream, program listing, app, device, or region will remain available or compatible.

Third-party names, apps, channels, and source data remain subject to their respective providers’ terms and policies.

Plans and account changes

Paid plans include iPTiVi’s curated catalogue and features such as guide access, organization, favorites, and multi-device access or sync where available. The plan price, billing interval, and applicable taxes are shown before payment.

Paid subscriptions renew at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Cancel through the billing experience associated with the subscription before the next renewal; cancellation normally stops the next charge and does not retroactively reverse a completed billing period.

iPTiVi may suspend or close an account for fraud, non-payment, abuse, unlawful use, or a material breach of these terms. Where practical, iPTiVi will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Availability and legal terms

iPTiVi may change, suspend, or discontinue features, sources, guide data, compatible apps, or device support. The service is provided subject to applicable law and without a promise that every source or listing will remain available.

These terms are governed by the law that applies to the iPTiVi operator and the user’s use of the service. Any dispute must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections or rights that cannot legally be waived.
