iPTiVi privacy policy

Information iPTiVi uses

• Account and sign-in information, including the email and identity details needed to create, secure, and access an account. Authentication is provided by Clerk.
• Source connections, favorites, guide preferences, and other settings needed to organize the experience and provide account-scoped features.
• Service, playback, device, and diagnostic information needed to keep the service, account, and billing flows working.
• Subscription and billing status needed to provide paid features. Stripe handles checkout and payment processing; iPTiVi does not ask you to send payment card details by email.

Service providers

iPTiVi uses Clerk for authentication, Stripe for checkout and subscription billing, and Brevo for transactional messages such as verification and account emails. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

iPTiVi also uses its own analytics event ledger for product measurement. Depending on the deployment configuration, optional analytics integrations may receive page and product events. Analytics events can include an anonymous visitor identifier, page path, referral source, event name, and selected plan or billing interval; they are not intended to contain passwords or payment card details.

Source and guide information comes from third-party data providers and connected sources. Their processing is governed by their own notices and terms.

Retention and deletion

• iPTiVi keeps account, settings, source-connection, and service records while they are needed to provide the account and protect the service. Billing records may also be retained as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations.
• Analytics events are retained only as long as needed for product measurement, service security, and abuse prevention, after which they may be deleted or de-identified.
• To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, email support@iptivi.app. iPTiVi may need to verify the request and may retain information that is required for security, billing, disputes, or legal compliance.

Cookies and local storage

• The service uses essential browser storage for authentication and product operation, including account and visitor-session state.
• Optional analytics may use browser storage or similar technologies to recognize a returning browser and measure product use. You can restrict browser storage, although some account and playback features may stop working.
